Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
The following provisions are drafted in a formal register appropriate for commercial training publications operating within the Republic of Korea. They are informational and do not constitute personalized legal advice. Organizations should consult qualified counsel for enterprise-specific obligations. By accessing SignalForge Network+ Daily materials, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any updates posted on this site with a revised effective date. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately and delete copies obtained under prior permission. Continued browsing after changes constitutes renewed acceptance only where permitted under applicable consumer rules.
2. User obligations
You will not misrepresent affiliation with CompTIA or with our instructors. You will not redistribute paid downloads to public repositories, classroom marketplaces, or anonymous forums. You will provide accurate billing and contact details when requesting invoices. You will not attempt to disrupt labs, harvest learner data, or probe our infrastructure beyond ordinary use. You will respect intellectual property notices embedded in PDFs and recordings.
3. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and you may also invoke rights before competent agencies in your place of residence where such rights cannot be waived.
4. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on study materials, including exam outcomes, employment decisions, or scheduling conflicts. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid for the specific article or bundle giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in this section limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
5. Service description
We publish editorial articles, downloadable templates, and optional live recaps related to CompTIA Network+ preparation. Features may change as objectives evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may retire modules when they no longer align with blueprint language. Sponsored placements, when present, are labeled at the point of publication.
6. Termination
We may suspend access for breach, non-payment of agreed services, or security incidents. You may stop using the site at any time. Certain clauses survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution. Upon termination, you must destroy local copies of paid materials unless statutory retention rules require otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our original text, diagrams, and recordings remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal or internal corporate study. You may not remove attribution lines, alter integrity hashes where provided, or create derivative commercial courses without written permission.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms to reflect new legal requirements, product changes, or partner obligations. Material changes will be announced via on-site notice and, where appropriate, email to accounts that opted in. If you object to a change, your sole remedy is to stop using paid materials and request cancellation according to the Cancellation Policy.
