Privacy Statement
1. Third parties
The following provisions are drafted in a formal register appropriate for commercial training publications operating within the Republic of Korea. They are informational and do not constitute personalized legal advice. Organizations should consult qualified counsel for enterprise-specific obligations. We rely on a small set of processors for email delivery, analytics (when consented), and hosting. Each processor is bound by written agreements requiring confidentiality, subprocessors disclosure upon request, and assistance with data subject rights. We do not sell personal information as inventory, and we do not permit processors to reuse learner data for unrelated model training.
2. Use of data
We use contact details to respond to inquiries, deliver purchased materials, and send optional newsletters when opted in. Diagnostic logs help secure accounts and detect abuse. Aggregated statistics may inform editorial priorities without identifying individuals. Automated decision-making is not used to deny services.
3. Retention
Inquiry records are retained for twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Newsletter engagement metrics roll up quarterly with identifiers minimized. Security logs may be kept longer where necessary to investigate incidents. You may request deletion subject to exceptions described herein.
4. Scope
This statement covers data collected through boxvaultzone.one properties, embedded forms, and email correspondence handled by our team. It does not govern third-party sites linked for reference. Enterprise purchasers acting as independent controllers must maintain their own records when they upload learner rosters to us.
5. Data collected
We collect names, email addresses, optional company names, phone numbers when provided, message content, and technical metadata such as user agent strings. Payment details are not collected on-site; offline invoicing is coordinated manually. Classroom attendance sheets processed on behalf of partners are stored with access controls.
6. Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Korean residents may contact the Korea Internet & Security Agency or other competent bodies for guidance. We verify identity before fulfilling sensitive requests and may refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive petitions.
7. Contact
Privacy inquiries should be sent to welcome@boxvaultzone.one with subject lines beginning "Privacy Request" to route quickly. Postal correspondence may be directed to the Gangnam district address published on the contact page. We aim to acknowledge requests within seven business days and resolve them within thirty days unless complexity requires extension with notice.
8. Security overview
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures including role-based access, encrypted transport, and least-privilege credentials. No method is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords for any accounts we provision. Report suspected breaches immediately so we can coordinate containment and notifications where required.
