Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-02-12
Scope
This Cancellation Policy describes how refunds and withdrawals work for paid programs offered by Red Ladder Forge when fees apply. It supplements program-specific enrollment emails. If a written enrollment agreement conflicts with this policy on a material point, the enrollment agreement controls. Consumer rights under Republic of Korea law apply alongside this policy where they provide stronger protections.
Eligibility
Eligibility for refunds depends on timing, whether services have been substantially delivered, and whether digital materials were accessed. Cooling-off rights may apply to distance contracts under Korean law when conditions are met. Custom corporate engagements follow separate statements of work. Deposits labeled non-refundable in signed agreements are handled as stated there.
Contact
Refund and withdrawal requests should be emailed to hello@boxvaultzone.one with “Cancellation” in the subject line and include your full name, program name, and enrollment date. We may request identity verification before processing. We will confirm receipt within three business days where possible and provide a decision timeline based on the complexity of the request.
Exceptions
No refund is available where you violated program rules leading to removal for cause, where third-party fees cannot be reclaimed, or where you completed a substantial portion of live instruction and received mentor feedback that cannot be returned. Optional add-ons purchased through partners are governed by partner policies. Books or hardware you purchased separately are not refundable through us.
Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we will propose an alternative such as an electronic transfer to a designated account. Processing times depend on payment providers and card networks; most refunds complete within fourteen business days after approval. Partial refunds may be offered as an alternative to cancellation when you remain enrolled but skip optional modules that have separate pricing.
Timeframe
Unless a longer period applies by law, withdrawal requests related to cooling-off rights should be submitted within fourteen days of purchase or contract conclusion when services have not been fully consumed. After live sessions begin, partial schedules described in your enrollment email determine what amounts remain refundable. Cohort transfers, when offered, may extend participation instead of issuing a refund.
Definitions
“Cooling-off period” means the statutory window during which consumers may withdraw from certain contracts without giving a reason, subject to exceptions. “Substantial performance” means delivery of core live instruction or bespoke mentor hours that cannot be returned. “Business day” means a weekday excluding Korean public holidays observed by our administrative team.
Regional consumer notes
Consumers in Korea may consult the Korea Consumer Agency for guidance on dispute resolution mechanisms. We cooperate in good faith with mediation requests where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights. If translations of this policy differ, the Korean version controls for consumers in Korea unless local law requires otherwise.
Recordkeeping
We retain refund decision records to demonstrate good-faith application of this policy and for audit purposes. Correspondence may be stored securely and accessed only by staff who need it to process your request. If a chargeback is initiated with your payment provider, we may provide evidence of service delivery consistent with card network rules.
